As a result of the elections at the AGM in Munich, the YAE Board saw several changes. Katalin Solymosi was elected as Chair, Scott Bremer as Vice-chair, and Moniek Tromp became Outgoing-Chair. Three new Board members were elected: Marc Yeste, Jihan Zakarriya and Philippa Warren. The new Board held its first kick-off meeting on 25 October 2023, on which members roles were decided. Meet your new Board: Moniek Tromp (Outgoing Chair), Katalin Solymosi (Chair), Scott Bremer (Vice-Chair), Linn Leppert (Treasurer), Marc Yeste (Secretary), Artur Ciesielski (Selection Committee Chair, PE), Anna Kuppuswamy (Selection Committee Vice-Chair, LS), Jihan Zakarriya (Selection Committee Vice-Chair, SH), Serim Ilday (Activities Chair), David Fernandez Rivas (Communications Chair), Mona Simion (Recruitment Chair), Philippa Warren (Membership Chair). In February 2024, Serim Ilday stepped down as Activities Chair, and Viktorija Vaštakaitė-Kairienė (Board candidate on the last AGM) was co-opted by the Board as Activities Chair.
